Simply put, this is a large tray that sits in the upper cooking level and can be used to roast as much meet as you can fit in! Whilst the spit pole can only hold one full hog, our hog roast kit can hold a huge hog plus additional cuts of meat that can be packed around. This means you can have many different meats cooking at once. It works by using the two full length burners beneath and it can be thermostatically controlled to ensure even cooking.
